I was scammed by Heavens Moving. I paid $123 to Stormi Cooley (stormicooley@gmail.com) via Apple Cash for a move they confirmed three separate times—and they never showed up. I was told I’d be refunded and even given a bonus for the inconvenience. I received neither. When I followed up, I was verbally abused and called a racial slur.

I’ve filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Virginia Attorney General and will continue posting across every review site. I have every message, screenshot, and payment receipt saved.
This is a scam. Do NOT do business with them.
This happened to me as well. I found them online advertising a “Back to School Special” and paid the deposit via Apple Pay 157$. My move was scheduled for 9/4 between 12–3. When I called Dispatch, they claimed I wasn’t on the schedule (which was false). They then guaranteed I would be the first customer on 9/5.
ReplyDeleteWhen I called the morning of 9/5, dispatch said the movers had called out but promised someone would arrive by 11:45. They even gave me a driver’s number, but he cancelled too, saying he had a family emergency. By then, it was 1:00 p.m. My move was then reassigned to another driver named Jason, who told me they had issues collecting payment from Dispatch and that I would need to pay him $300 directly—half upfront—before he would come to my address. At that point, I agreed, just desperate to get my things moved.
By 2:00 p.m., Jason said he would arrive in 15 minutes after finishing another job. He never showed. I even cried and begged him to help move my things, but instead, I was laughed at. Dispatch later sent me a screenshot where one of their contractors called me “weird.” Completely unprofessional.
I went back through the scheduling service and filed a complaint. They told me they would add a note to my account.
Shortly after, I received an email from Nakia Campbell (nakiadispatch@gmail.com) stating I’d get a $299.99 refund. I hadn’t even paid $300, so I assumed it was compensation for the inconvenience and the runaround. But guess what—the refund never happened.
